REGULAR (after September 15, 2022) 1-Day = $220, 2-Day = $330
Non-BCTF Members:
EARLYBIRD (up to September 15, 2022) 1-Day = $220, 2-Day = $300
REGULAR (after September 15, 2022) 1-Day = $250, 2-Day = $360
Teacher On Call/Retiree:
EARLYBIRD (up to September 15, 2022) 1-Day = $140, 2-Day = $210
REGULAR (after September 15, 2022) 1-Day = $170, 2-Day = $270
Undergraduate Volunteers:
VOLUNTEER SHIFT (no buffet or food options included) $50
VOLUNTEER SHIFT (buffet and food options included) $110
**Price of registration includes your Conference Access (sessions, receptions, concerts, marketplace, buffet lunch) BCMEA membership/CMEA membership, and access to Naxos Streaming Services.**
Please note the Registration Refund Policy:
Full Refund Available for requests made up to and including October 2, 2023 (11:59:59pm)
Half Refund available for requests made from October 3, 2023 (12:00:00am) to and including October 13, 2023 (11:59:59pm)
No Refunds are available as of October 14, 2023 beginning at 12:00:00am.
Alterations to this policy can only be made be the BCMEA Committee for extenuating circumstances. Application for refund of extenuating circumstance must be made in writing to refundsbcmea@ourconference.ca
