Register Now for BCMEA 2025!
Please see below for information regarding the Kodaly Society of Canada (BC), BC Choral Federation, BC Orff Chapter, and the Coalition for Music Education in BC (CMEBC).

Please note the following when registering:
BCTF Member: A BCTF (British Columbia Teachers' Federation) member is one who pays dues each pay period to the union for union business. To choose this category, you must be employed by a public school district and actively paying dues each pay period. The registration rate is slightly discounted as the remaining portion is paid to the BCMEA via the BCTF through a Grant paid for by union dues.

Non-BCTF Members: If you do not have an association to the BCTF (British Columbia Teachers' Federation) in any way, you must register as a "Non-BCTF Member". This may be applicable to independent school teachers, people out of province, clinicians, government employees, and private studio teachers.

Affiliate Member of the BCTF: If you pay the Affiliate Member Fee of $100 annually to the BCTF (may apply to some independent school teachers) you must register as an Affiliate Member. Affiliate members do not qualify for the discounted professional development rate as you are not dues paying members of the BCTF.

TTOC's and Retirees: please register in the appropriate categories.

Undergraduate Volunteers: all must serve a four-hour shift to qualify for this discounted rate. Please choose between $50 (no food provided) and $110 (lunch buffet provided).
Undergraduates are to contact Trisha Weaver at [email protected] to sign up for their shift. Access to the conference will be restricted unless you meet your obligation.
Proof of Enrollment is required: A picture of an up to date student card will suffice.
Undergraduates who do not wish to volunteer but would like to attend the conference may register in the TTOC category.
